St. John the Baptist Girls' School has a teaching staff of 20 including class teachers, an administrative Principal and special education teachers. 

The Principal is Mrs. Mary Andrews and the Deputy Principal is Mrs Gayle Kealy.

The school has a full-time caretaker, two secretaries and two special needs assistants.
